What do I need to send?
Regular phone pictures of each dish or drink. Window light helps, but you do not need a camera, studio, or food stylist.
How many dishes are included?
One full menu for one food business is included for $69 CAD. If your menu has 18 items, send 18 pictures. If it has 50, send 50.
What happens after I order?
Checkout is handled through Stripe, where you'll enter your contact info. We'll use those details to reach out with next steps for sending your photos. If anything goes wrong, email support@nicermenu.com.
Are the photos ready for DoorDash, Uber Eats, and SkipTheDishes?
Yes. We crop and edit the photos so they're ready to use on delivery apps, your website, and social.
Can you edit photos I already have?
Yes. Send your existing food or drink photos and we'll clean up the lighting, color, crop, background, and consistency.
Do you change the food itself?
No. We improve the photo, not the dish. The goal is to make the real food look cleaner, brighter, and easier to order.
How fast do I get the photos?
Your first photos usually come back within one business day. Larger menus may take two to three business days.
What if I don't like the photos?
Menu-Ready Re-Edit Guarantee: reasonable re-edits are included. If something feels off, email us and we'll make a reasonable number of adjustments so the photos are ready to use. Because this is custom photo-editing work, paid orders are not refundable once editing has started.
