These terms apply when you use Nicer Menu, a menu photo editing service operated by Narun Software Inc., a company registered in British Columbia, Canada. By ordering from us or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Our service

Nicer Menu helps restaurants, cafes, and food businesses turn their own food and menu photos into edited images for delivery apps, websites, social media, and other menu uses.

After checkout, we contact you by email with next steps. You send us the photos for your menu by email, and we edit them for light, color, crop, background, consistency, and related presentation needs.

Orders and payment

Checkout is handled by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate order, billing, and contact information so we can process your order and deliver your photos.

You are responsible for sending photos and instructions that are clear enough for us to complete the work. If we need more information, we may contact you before completing the order.

Your photos and rights

You must have the rights needed to send us the photos, menu content, names, logos, and other materials you provide. You must not send anything that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

You give Narun Software Inc. permission to receive, store, process, edit, and deliver the materials you send us so we can provide Nicer Menu, support your order, improve service quality, and keep reasonable business records.

Finished photos

After you pay for an order, you own the finished edited photos we deliver for that order. You can use them for your menu, delivery apps, website, social media, advertising, and other business marketing.

We may show submitted photos and finished photos as portfolio, before-and-after, or marketing examples for Nicer Menu. If you want us to stop using your photos publicly, email support@nicermenu.com and we will handle the request within a reasonable time.

Tools we use

We may use manual editing, standard design software, automated tools, AI-assisted tools, and third-party service providers to process photos, manage orders, communicate with you, and deliver the service.

Re-edits and refunds

Reasonable re-edits are included. If something feels off, email us and we will work with you to make the photos right.

If you still do not love the photos, we will provide a full refund for the order. This refund promise does not require a strict deadline, but we may ask for basic order details so we can find and process the refund.

No sales or platform guarantee

We work to make your food photos look clean, consistent, and ready to use, but we do not guarantee that any delivery platform, marketplace, or social network will approve or display them. We also do not guarantee any specific increase in sales, orders, ranking, traffic, or revenue.

Website availability

We may update, pause, or change the website or service from time to time. We try to keep Nicer Menu available, but we do not promise that the website or service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Narun Software Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order or the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Unless the law requires otherwise, any dispute will be handled by the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
